I do believe that I am NOT the only person that has had a problem with this Model # and the company is not acting in good faith. I will file a complaint with the BBB and with Sam's Club as it is also their responsibility to sell products that are not faulty. I have spoken to a Magnavox rep and would like to speak to someone higher up in the chain. I purchased 1 at Sam’s club less than a year ago and it went bad the first few weeks.
