Is there a free multimedia player that I can play DVDs with unlimited region changes?

With Windows Media Player, it tells me I have only 2 times left where I can insert DVDs of different regions, and then it has to be permanent. Most of my DVDs are region 2 (I live in Spain) but I also have some region 4 (Brazil) DVDs that I watch at times…

Any player I can download for free that will let me play DVDs from any region as many times as I want?
